Blog Staycation 2014

Blog Staycation 2014

Do you ever feel like there is always more to do? With a new blog, my to-do & wish lists only continued to grow. They are {mostly} tasks that I am excited to work on, but never have enough time or a big enough plate to get everything done.

I love blogging, and joining the community of bloggers online is one of the most wonderful things I’ve ever done.  Yet working on said blog – writing and sharing posts, taking and editing pictures, adding new pages, improving overall design, networking, monetizing, and more – is truly a never ending process. I’m able to get through much of my to-do list pretty regularly, but there’s still so much I dream of changing and creating to take my blog to the next level (and then some).

My biggest challenge preventing me from these pursuits has been a lack of designated blog improvement time. This changed when I met three fabulous women who also had blogging on the brain. After connecting during a #SITSBlogging Twitter Party one Saturday morning, the Blog Staycation was born.

This is such a smart idea! My week is jam packed, so I won’t be able to join, but I may do this on my own some time. I hope you get tons done, and have fun!
